The 50 Best Golf Experiences

Golf Traveller has launched its inaugural list of the 50 Best Golf Experiences, which celebrates the best courses on the planet and the travel experience around them.

The first ten entrants have now been released on golftraveller.com and includes the greatest names in golf such as Augusta and the Old Course combined with unique experiences in San Sebastian, Arctic Norway, South Africa and New Zealand. The next tranche will be released later this month. “We’ve consulted all of our global golf travel experts to look at what really makes a unique golf experience,” explains Euan Gillon, CEO of Golf Traveller. “While some courses, such as the Old Course, can be an experience on their own, for others it’s also about what happens around those eighteen holes – the food and wine, the culture, the history.
